Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for your order.  Orders will be processed within 2 to 4 days from receipt. 

Please note that during times of Sale & Promotions or Public Holidays, there may be delivery delays .

 Every effort is made to ensure that an item's stock level is accurately displayed, though there may be occasions when this information is not 100% correct and an ordered item may have sold out.

In such an instance every effort will be made to source the item for you and you will be kept up to date by one of our Customer Care representatives via email.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping for orders over $100 within Australia.
Orders under $100 are charged a $10.00  delivery fee domestically.
Express shipping orders are charged a $14.99 delivery fee domestically.

International orders - shipping is calculated at the checkout.

We do not ship to New Zealand * &  international post offices. 

 * Denim products

Sometimes our software will be unable to differentiate the item product, if that happens we will reverse your transaction.

Please provide a physical street address for international deliveries.

Delivery Time frames

Please note: Shipping times may be influenced by at the moment due to logistic disruptions. Please visit Australia Post website for updates. We recommend allowing longer for your order to arrive. LTB cannot be held responsible for transport delays.

Deliveries to capital cities and metropolitan areas, within Australia, are estimated at 2-7 business days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas, within Australia, are estimated at 7-10 business days from dispatch.

International orders may take more than 10 business days.


Please note: Our shipping charges exclude potential import taxes and duties to international locations. Customers are responsible for payment of such charges and LTB Jeans cannot calculate these prior to delivery.

Tracking Details

When we process and dispatch your goods, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address where you will be during business hours for delivery purposes.

Any alterations / redirection instructions re delivery address,  made independently with the courier as  once a purchase is dispatched , becomes the responsibility of the customer.
